Sauvignon Blanc is a rare find in the Willamette Valley – but this is still a remarkable one. Very crisp, lean and “Sancerre” style. Lovely white flower, fresh apple and tropical fruit notes along with mouthwatering acidity, leading to a clean, dry finish.
From Wine Enthusiast:
This vibrant, sappy and delicious wine is another example of why Sauvignon Blanc seems to be a missed opportunity in Oregon. It offers flavors of lime, grapefruit, apple and melon, with a lightly buttery mouthfeel that’s buttressed by juicy acidity.
